Gender-Disaggregated Analysis of Access to Employment Opportunities and Benefits Generated in Ukraine’s Energy Sector

A report titled Gender-Disaggregated Analysis of Access to Employment Opportunities and Benefits Generated in Ukraine’s Energy Sector has been published with contributions from experts at the NGO “Poruch” under the leadership of the director, Mariia Tyshchenko. She is also a member of the Gender Committee on Ensuring Equal Rights and Opportunities for Women and Men and Combating Discrimination at the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.

The study aims to enhance decision-making by improving the information and analytical framework for integrating gender-sensitive procedures into energy sector management. It seeks to clarify the accessibility of the benefits created by the energy sector for the population and evaluate ways to improve women’s access to employment and career advancement within energy sector enterprises.
